I recommend you to try a search with diverse combinations of keywords like "acoustic neurinoma" "gamma knife" "conformal radiotherapy" etc. on pubmed.org you will find there abstracts of all peer-reviewed medical articles worldwide in one database. If you want see the articles you have to note the reference and go to a library (e.g. from a university with medicine discipline) in order to request the articles.

thanks a lot for your answer and your idea. I haven't think about this option. I am using PubMed from time to time for my job, but I haven't think to query it for that terms.
Unfortunately for my friend english as well the problem but maybe I can find something interesting for him.
